If you live in Belgium, I advise you to call the VOO company. They will install a cable plus a box with small lights so you can see when you have internet and if the internet is down. In short, explain your problem to the webmaster of the madwin.com website. Go to your account and scroll to the bottom and you will see customer service; But you need to create a file. I'm not good with computers, so... I don't know how to do it!! Look at the bottom of the games page if you don't see "Contact". My antivirus is set to automatic. I already have a cable from the company VOO. I'm not good with computers. I don't know how to do it. No, I don't have a smartphone, neither an iPhone nor an iPad. I contacted the webmaster by sending him a message. He didn't answer me.
