have to choose your lot right after winning the Round Indeed, you could have chosen it later after reflection on your part. All you had to do was go into your account and then Prize Winnings and there you would find a link that would allow you to choose your prize after thinking about what you really wanted to win.

The problem is that once your prize is validated and sent it is too late, the best thing is that you enter in your winnings page a request for an exchange, so you will automatically receive the balance in madpoint of the exchange, then, from then on, you will have all your time to discuss this with customer service. It's a solution I can offer you but I'm not 100% sure of its reliability. ^^
